Life can be a lot sometimes- a whole lot! It’s easy to look at social media and think everyone is breezing through life having a wonderful time. In reality life can be really stressful. Whether it’s pressures others place on us or we place on ourselves, work, families, maintaining relationships- it can all really take its toll on our bodies and minds. Soothe & Calm is a workshop aimed at helping you deal with the stress caused by the pressures and chaos of our daily lives. It will give you some tools to take away so that you can deal with the stress in your life more effectively.
We will take a gentle class aimed at stress relief & a meditation practice to focus the mind for when things are feeling a little crazy!
We will then talk through different strategies & ideas that can help release stress.
The workshop is 2hrs long and is being held at Joy Yoga Studio in West Wick, Weston-super-Mare.
