In celebration of November’s National Indigenous Disabilities Awareness Month and International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3rd, we invite you to a screening of Soop on Wheels, directed by Sandy Greer. This documentary chronicles the life of Everett Soop, a talented cartoonist who shares his experience as an Indigenous person with a disability. Through his art and storytelling, Everett offers a unique perspective on resilience, creativity, and the power of humor in overcoming barriers.

Accessibility: BSB 119 is accessible by elevator and exterior ramp. Captions will be provided during the film, ASL will be provided during the discussion, image descriptions will be provided at the start of the film, assisted listening devices are provided, and other disability-related accommodations can be provided upon request.
