About SoNo 1420
SoNo 1420 America's Maritime Distillery is a veteran-founded and managed craft distillery located in historic South Norwalk, Connecticut. Situated along the Long Island Sound shoreline, the distillery pays homage to the area's rich maritime history, including its prohibition-era "rum runners" and the thriving oyster industry.
Our product line includes ultra-premium whiskeys, vodkas, ready-to-drink cocktails, and botanical gins. The distillery has garnered international recognition, winning multiple Double Gold medals at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Housed in an 1800s industrial building designed by award-winning architect Bruce Beinfield, SoNo 1420's tasting room evokes a prohibition-era ambiance. Visitors can enjoy guided tastings, cocktails, and witness the distillation process using their imported copper and steel still.
