Thank you for your interest in my Wednesday Night Lights seminar !
I've been itching to get to Miami! What better place to do it than at one of the premier fitness locations: Crossfit Wynwood.
My Seminar days are notoriously just as much about having fun as they are about learning so don't expect to be sat in front of a whiteboard all day getting bored to death that's not my style!
This is my refined format of seminar, where we will all be on high energy and I'll be sending it along side you ! You'll be able to ask me questions, and i'll be giving you pointers on mobility, lifting, mindset, as well as practicing what I preach !
The Seminar will be capped at a total of 30 tickets to ensure every single one of you will get plenty of personal time with me and ensure you leave walking away with knowledge and of course a PB.
The seminar is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners who haven't touched a barbells.
Minimum age of 16 to attend and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Night Structure: (Please arrive atleast 15 minutes before we start)
3Omins: Mobility for Lifting, my best movements to be time efficient and prepare well.
1:15hrs: Snatch Master Class & PB !
1:15hrs Clean & Jerk Master Class & PB !

What to bring:
-Lifting / gym clothes and shoes.
-Spare change of clothes if you like, towel.
-Water/ hydration.
-Snacks.
