For the past 22 years, Sonki Fitness has been the leading boot camp in the world having helped over 6000 people get in shape while having fun doing it. We have had people of all ages from all walks of life come together with one common goal: to better themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. So much has changed in our world since 2002 when Sonki Fitness launched, but the mission of Sonki Fitness always remains the same – to get our clients “stronger, faster, leaner—for life!”
Sonki Fitness is here to help you regardless of what kind of shape you're in. People love Sonki Fitness because first and foremost the program works, for all levels. Regardless of what kind of shape you’re in, you get to push at your own pace within your physical limitations, so you learn to push your own boundaries without feeling judged nor pressured to keep up with others. The workouts vary, so you never get bored doing the same thing over and over. The program was created based on Sonki’s elite US Army training, so it’s designed to get you in total body shape effectively and quickly. And the environment is very friendly, positive, and supportive with everyone encouraging one another.

Class times are 6:30am, 8:30am, 6:30pm on Monday/Wednesday/Friday's in Santa Monica. Price is $275 for 5 weeks of training. We offer discounts for students, teachers, nurses, veterans, and first responders. For military members, it's FREE.
