Yoga Nidra is a gentle practice that includes many aspects of yoga, that can relax the body, calm the mind and reset the nervous system to its optimal coherent state.The calm inner stillness that can result from the practice can help you sleep better, make better decisions, support your creativity, and promote beneficial changes in your physical, mental, emotional health.
During the guided and meditative session, the receiver embarks on a journey, with guided imagery through different brainwave states and subtle layers of body awareness, also known as the koshas.
Subtle healing sounds encourage the mind to settle more quickly and enter the alpha and theta brainwave states more easily.
Through this guided session we will follow the traditional 7 stages of Nidra, skillfully enhanced with sound healing to start and complete each hour long session
