At the beginning of the calendar year, it can be helpful to sit in stillness and community as a way of feeling into what commitments of action we want to make. This practice features light restorative movement, gongs, and sound bowls used to clear the mind, relax the body, and start the New Year with peace, presence and purpose. All levels of experience will benefit from this practice and all are welcome.
