A warm welcome to Sonic Spa Gong Bath Meditations. We look forward to welcoming you to our friendly and supportive gathering.
Shaun is a qualified gong & bowl practitioner and a tutor for The College of Sound Healing. Cherie is a qualified sound therapist, college tutor & counsellor.
Together we co-facilitate our wonderful gong bath sessions. We bring both male and female energy to the sessions and by playing together we create a wide range and depth of vibrational sounds.
We will begin the session with a meditation to encourage you to make a connection with yourself. We then move into a soothing sound bath to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages whilst improving mood, mental clarity, focus and calm. We use an eclectic mix of instruments to help you move deeper into relaxation and healing.

Please bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow/cushion, water and an eye mask if you have one. Please wear comfy clothes and bring additional items as required e.g., bolster for under your knees.
Cost per person: £19.50 + booking fee
Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable but please feel free to nominate someone to attend in your place if you can’t.
