We’ll guide you through gentle breathing exercises and transition from a guided meditation into soothing ambient music, ending with a rejuvenating gentle standing movement meditation.
This is a time to rest, receive, and reconnect — no experience needed, simply come to be supported by sound.
🪑 Chairs will be available, but if you prefer to lie down, please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else you need to be comfortable.
