This special event is all about relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation.
The wonderful evening flow has 3 parts:
1 - Protection: Gentle breathing practice and optional light movement to shake off the day and begin the spiral inward
2 - Harmonize: Live drumming and an easy vocalization exercise to synchronize within the body and the group
3 - Surrender: Softening into deep rest with a nature based guided meditation winding down into a bath of live didgeridoo sounds
*Herbal tea will be provided to enhance relaxation and because it is delicious - mmm leaf juice
