Join Nikki and Mary for a restorative Sonic Reiki experience designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
This guided session blends sound therapy with Reiki energy to support deep rest and gentle recalibration of the nervous system. Participants will experience soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, paired with light, hands-on Reiki to encourage clarity, grounding, and renewal.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or a peaceful reset, this experience offers a supportive space to unwind and reconnect.
