We welcome you to our next instalment of extended sonic rest within the depths of Winter. 2 hours of deep relaxation, consisting of a bespoke meditation to lead you into the Winter Season. This is followed by a Sound Bath Journey given by 2 people (Gary & Lucy), with the use of Amplified, Acoustic and Synth instruments for an extended 90 minute journey. Here, we create a Sonic Landscape for you to dive into a deeply rested state and take you on a sonic journey, all themed to Winter. We write a journey specifically for each event, with new compositions and nods to influences that took us to that journey.
To finish, specially selected seasonal sweet nibbles, provided by a locally sourced bakery, help you come to from your rested journey.
All this in a room dressed, colour, candle and projector lit for the chosen season, with seasonal Essential Oils filling the air.
This event takes place on 23/11/25 between 3pm - 5pm at Weeley Village Hall. It costs £20 pre booked and paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Please bring with you your mat, blanket and a couple of cushions and dress for deep, snuggly rest. Please bring a drink of your choice. As discussed, sweet nibbles will be provided, but if you have specific dietary requirements, then best to bring your own.
