Welcoming you to our final big Sound Journey of the year! An afternoon consisting of 2 hours of short meditation, readings and an approximately 90 min Sound Bath Journey. Within this Journey, given by Gary & Lucy, we use many instruments. Some acoustic and some amplified and some not commonly seen in a Sound Bath Journey before. All with the season of Winter in mind.
We write new compositions for the event and sometimes nod to our influences, breathing life into music that was meant to be listened to, laid back and enjoyed.
The venue is super dressed and candle lit for the season with projections on the walls for your visual drifting pleasure. To finish, special seasonal sweet nibbles will be provided to help you come to.
This event takes place on 24/11/24 between 3pm - 5pm at Weeley Village Hall. It costs £20 pre booked and paid in advance via Bank Transfer or Paypal (these will be sent via direct message to you).
Please bring with you your mat, blanket and a couple of cushions. Dress for deep rest :) Bring a drink of choice. As said, sweet nibbles will be provided on day, but if you have any specific dietary requirements, then best to bring your own.
