The duo (Gaz & Lucy) welcome you to another seasonal offering, leading you on and in a 2 hour Sound Bath Journey. Here we create an Autumnal Sonic Landscape.As it is Autumn, we will be using warmer and deeper instruments to set the tone to ground you. With both amplified, acoustic instruments and effects to give a wide, dynamic soundscape, expect to have a sound journey that surrounds you with a warm Autumnal glow.
Here we combine deeper and warmer frame drums, flutes, basses, guitars, vocals, earthier percussion, deeper drone/string instruments and effects, deeper toned synthesizers, along with the Himalayan Singing Bowls.
You will have a short meditation lead in to your inward journey, then approximately 90 minutes of Sound Journey, given by Gaz and Lucy.
We write and compose each Landscape, sometimes giving nods to our influences that led to the composition.
The hall is projector lit with Autumnal Scenes, mood lit into reds, golds and oranges. You are surrounded by candles and Autumn garlands, with Autumn Essential Oils diffusing in the air.
Selected poetry or readings bookend the event, to lead you in and draw you out.
At the end, specially selected sweet nibbles are offered, to help you back from your very grounded state, into the here and now.
This event takes place on 28/9/25 between 3pm - 5pm. It costs £20 pre booked and paid via Bank Transfer or Paypal.
Please bring with you your mat, blanket and a couple of cushions. Dress for very deep rest.
