Join us for a three-month sonic journey supported by an opening circle, cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance and an integrative sound bath to finish.The set, setting, soundtrack and sounds are here for you to shake it out, express, sweat, play, expand and experience all that you are in this dynamic and connective series!

What to expect?
We will have a sharing circle for introductions, intentions for the evening, sip on delicious ceremonial cacao together to help us open our hearts and to amplify our experience of movement. We will then move into one hour of Ecstatic Dance - if you are new to this, we will have some time to explain what this is and how best to embody this expansive practice. Get ready to have fun! As we wind down with our movement, we will settle into a healing sound bath to cap off the evening - get ready to relax and let the vibrations penetrate your soul! What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Comfortable clothing
- Blanket and pillow
- Eye mask (highly encouraged for sound bath)
- Water bottle
- Journal (optional)
- Altar item (optional)
