It’s been over three years since I last held space like this, and I’m so excited (and a little nervous!) to be offering this again. In that time, I stepped away to care for my mom and nurture my own mental health. These past few years have been filled with lessons about the importance of rest, restoration, and deep care for ourselves—things we often forget to prioritize.I invite you to join me for *Sonic Drift*, a sound bath meditation designed to help you drift into a space of healing and relaxation.
