Welcome to Sonic Calm: A Tuesday Soundbath Release for All! Join us for an evening of relaxation and recenter as we immerse ourselves in soothing sounds and vibrations at the beautiful MC Hotel in Montclair, NJ, guided by Attentive Wellness.
Imagine an hour of release and relaxation. You'll begin with concious breathing to prepare your body for an immersive 40-minute soundscape, and end the night with gentle somatic movement. Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of chimes, crystal, and bronze singing bowls. This experience is open to all, no prior experience necessary.
