3rd Street Coffeehouse and the Southwest Virginia Songwriting Association will be sponsoring an afternoon workshop featuring Greg Greenway at 3rd Street Coffeehouse on Saturday, November 8th from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. An evening concert will follow. Greg is a well known and well regarded singer-songwriter who was one third of Brother Sun, one of the most highly regarded trios in the nation for a long time. Their writing and harmonies are just exquisite. Greg will be teaching a workshop about open tunings (mostly C9) and how they can really expand the possibilities for your songwriting. The cost will be $25 per person, payable at the door. We are limiting the workshop to 15 people, so let us know by email if you want to attend ([email protected]).
This will be Greg's 2nd workshop at 3rd Street and if you attended the first one, you know how knowledgeable he is and how great he is at explaining things.
