Andrew Sullivan, guitarist, singer, producer, and songwriter, performs regularly in his home state of Mississippi and all over the country. The dream of playing guitar came to him after a visit to Clarksdale, Mississippi when Andrew was 5. He started learning the instrument at the age of six after he received a guitar from his father, and has been playing ever since. He regularly performs solo gigs, as well as performing with his own bands. He has also performed with notable musicians including Cheap Trick, The Marshall Tucker Band, Buddy Guy, and Bob Margolin from the Muddy Waters band. He is a regular act at Ground Zero Blues Club in Biloxi, Margaritaville in Biloxi, Chandeleur Brewing Company in Gulfport, Lady May in Ocean Springs, Keg and Barrel in Hattiesburg, and Hambone in Clarksdale. In 2024 he interned as a guitar teacher at the Pinetop Perkins Foundation in Clarksdale, and the same year they sent him to perform in Norway at the Notodden Blues Festival to represent the organization. In addition to his own shows, he has also been a part of the Coast Big Band for several years. While Sullivan performs plenty of blues, R&B, and rock covers, he also records and produces his own music available on streaming platforms. He currently is a jazz studies in guitar major at The University of Southern Mississippi under the instruction of Professor Larry Panella and Dr. Nicholas Ciraldo.
