Anthony Smith
Songs written by Anthony Smith are weaved into the fabric of country music. His songs have shaped the careers for some of the most iconic country music artists like George Strait, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Eric Church, Montgomery Gentry and others.
He has won numerous awards from BMI, ASCAP, and NSAI as well as the prestigious Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year award by Music Row Magazine. As a recording artist, his critically acclaimed record “If That Ain’t Country” produced three Billboard top 40 singles.
Terri Jo Box
Terri Jo Box is a singer songwriter from Nacogdoches, Texas currently living and working in Nashville Tennessee. She just recently signed a publishing deal in November of 2019 with Jonas Entertainment Group, founded by CEO Kevin Jonas Sr, longtime manager of his sons, The Jonas Brothers.
Since devoting her career to songwriting, she has had her songs recorded by Miranda Lambert, Eric Church, Trisha Yearwood, Ashley McBryde, Trent Tomlinson, Michelle Wright, Wade Hayes, Shenandoah, Gwen Sebastian, Jason Sellers, Gary Chapman, William Clark Green, Danny Worsnop, Clayton Anderson to name a few. In 2016 she landed a cut on the Miranda Lambert double album “The Weight Of These Wings” The song “Dear Old Sun” is one she co-wrote with Lambert and country artist Gwen Sebastian. The album also won 2017 ACM Album Of The Year and was nominated for 2018 CMA album of the year. She has also had songs on four grammy nominated albums one nomination for a daytime television Emmy award.
Barrett Baber
Barrett Baber’s creative instincts have allowed him to gain the respect of many industry taste makers, including legendary songwriter, Bobby Pinson. Eastern Arkansas native, Baber grew up the son of a Southern Baptist Minister only a few miles from downtown Memphis TN. Growing up right outside of this culturally rich city, Baber was exposed to an array of musical influences ranging from Rock & Roll to The Blues which clearly shaped Baber as an artist. His soulful sound gained him national recognition as a finalist on season 9 of NBC’s show, “The Voice”.
“Nothin’ On You”, co-written by Baber, was recorded by Warner Bros artist, Cody Johnson and became the 2nd single off of his debut album. When Cody started looking for his next record, he didn’t have to look far. Baber’s song, “God Bless The Boy” was released by Cody on his new album.
Eric Erdman
Eric Erdman was writing songs at 8 years old and his passion for music grew throughout his high school and college years. After graduating from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. in Statistics, Eric continued to pursue his music career, forming the funk rock band The Ugli Stick. The group recorded four albums and toured worldwide for years with Eric as front man.
Soon Eric joined the writing staff in Muscles Shoals at legendary Fame Studios, where he not only met and impressed producer Jimmy Nutt, but also soaked up inspiration from the history and roots of the small north Alabama town known as “The Hit Recording Capital of the World.”
As a guitarist, Eric’s mastery and versatility has him touring with world class acts like the Buddy Rich Band, Kristy Lee, Nadirah Shakoor.
