More About the Songwriters:
+ John Hart is a musician that is well rooted in the American traditions of the guitar. Florida based artist John Hart is an acclaimed guitar player all along the East Coast and Gulf Coast. Leading up to his creation of John Hart Project, John spent a few years touring the East Coast with the prominent Sauce Boss. The warm, rich tones of John’s classical guitar playing approach brings an exciting and fresh presence to his live show, while his unique weaving of finger picking and blues influence brings a flavor to the sound like no other. Revered as a young man beyond his time, John’s influences come from a mix of blues legends such as Muddy Waters, B.B. King and Albert Collins, to rock legends Jimi Hendrix and Duane Allman to modern monsters such as Derek Trucks and John Mayer. His latest record, “Frisson”, shines an entirely new light on the depths of his creativity and his reach.
+ Justin Colvard is a singer-songwriter from Allen, Texas, now residing on the Gulf Coast. Colvard is known for his blend of country, blues, and Americana music. His style often features heartfelt lyrics and rich storytelling, with influences from traditional and modern country sounds. Colvard’s music reflects themes of personal reflection, love, and the struggles and beauty of life.
Justin has shared the stage with artists like Miranda Lambert, Mo Pitney, Zane Williams, Casey Donahew, Ragland, Rusty Weir and many others.
Colvard has had 3 songs in the Top 100 on the Texas Country Music Charts since 2017. His latest single “Gulf Coast Interstate” also charted at #13 on the Trop Rock charts.
+ Lundy is the solo project of Ben Lowrimore. Ben is primarily a bass player for many artists on the Gulf Coast and beyond, but finds a creative outlet in songwriting and production from time to time.
+ Katie Dineen, based in Pensacola, Florida, has been a musician all her life but began songwriting in her early twenties. She founded the Pensacola Songwriter Rounds series to support and inspire local songwriters. Her debut record, This One’s For You (August 2024), features a mix of full-band and acoustic tracks. The album, a labor of love, explores themes of nature, connection, love, heartbreak, and deep gratitude.
