Songs of Love and Resistance: 4 week series
Come join us for a musical journey at 6262 Highland Ave! This event is all about celebrating the power of music to spread love and inspire change. Each week, we'll explore different songs that have moved hearts and minds throughout history. From anthems of protest to ballads of unity, we'll dive into the stories behind the music and how they continue to resonate today. Don't miss out on this special series that will have you singing along and feeling empowered.
We will explore somatic practices; protest, freedom, and love songs from around the world; improvisational singing; sound healing; and other resilience practices on Wednesdays Nov 20, 27, Dec 4, and 11 from 7-830pm at my home studio in Richmond.
$175 for the 4 classes. $45 for a single class. $88 for 2 classes. $130 for 3 classes. While I encourage you to attend all 4 classes to build community, you are welcome to join for 1, 2, 3, or all 4 classes and contribute accordingly.
