Born in 1999, abstract artist Isabella Empey creates paintings that are born from a lifelong search for stillness, understanding, and inner healing—a search shaped by a loving yet broken upbringing that taught both resilience and quiet retreat.
Each painting in "Songs of Celestials", and her broader body of work under the banner of Chroma Sky Diaries, is part of an ongoing dialogue with God and her higher self. A reminder that she’s never truly alone, even in her darkest moments.
Through layered textures, dreamlike abstractions, and vibrant, wispy colors, Isabella invites the viewer—and future collector—to step into their own mind, breathe, and feel the quiet healing that has always been her guide.
Chroma Sky Diaries is more than a brand—it’s a living archive of emotional landscapes and spiritual reflections. It’s where Isabella’s art meets her journey, and where viewers are invited to find their own light.
This winter, Elysian Gallery becomes a sanctuary for reflection and generosity. We invite you to experience Isabella’s luminous work and join us in giving back. Donations of non-perishable food, personal hygiene products, baby supplies (diapers size 4+ needed), and household cleaning supplies will be accepted throughout the exhibition, supporting the Crisis Food Center.
