Join us to experience the power of Silence, Cacao and Sound Bath Therapy in your life. This weekend is a weekend of self-care and self-reflection. Come discover the transformational power of silence in your life.
From the moment you arrive we will nurture your mind, body and spirit with the beautiful Cacao, the sound bath ceremony and nutritious meals and snacks. There will be suggestions and prompts offered for you to ponder throughout your silent weekend of self-discovery. You will also have your own private room with towels and sheets provided.
The meals will be delicious and nutritious and all dietary needs are taken into account. The meals and snacks we provide will be gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and will have vegetarian and vegan options, as well! Message us your dietary restrictions if we haven't offered them above.
Rebecca Gilchrist is a Shamanic Practitioner of the Shapibo Tribe and she has been training in this healing tradition since 2020. Rebecca leads the cacao ceremony and teaches us about its heart-opening abilities.
Amanda Zavitz has been guiding silent retreats for several years and helps others journey to their own heart spaces. Amanda also leads the Sacred Fire experience during the retreat. She brings her spiritual experience and life-experience to these retreats.
Missy Vermeersch is a Practitioner of Celtic Shamanism, a Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Therapy Practitioner. Missy offers her experience with sound therapy during the ceremonies and weaves in shamanic teachings as well.
Consider bringing a journal, writing materials, books, puzzle, walking shoes, outdoor weather appropriate clothing, and any other items you may want for your weekend in silence.
