Also hear familiar favourites from the well loved Tchaikovsky operas, Eugene Onegin and The Queen of Spades. Our singers will also delight with beautiful songs by the Russian composers set to the texts of Pushkin and other major poets.
Our wonderful young sopranos Jillian Halleron, Alya Meyer, Natalia Melnik, Kerry Nicholson and Anna Tafani; mezzos Lisa Munckton, Agnes Sarkis and Jill Sullivan; tenors, Hongxin Xiang and Kent McIntosh; basses David Hernden and Lucas Tamayo with Claire Race on piano are super-excited to share with you this amazing music. We are also incredibly thrilled to be presenting both a Russian and a Ukrainian soprano in our line up.
