Come to a sing sharing circle, where we will wear cozy clothes, drink a variety of teas, and focus on short repeating songs that feel good to sing. Singing easy to learn repeating songs has a similar effect as drumming or dancing, bringing the singers into a meditative state. It feels good to use words that build us up, and provide us yummy fuel for the rough times ahead. Join us in building inner resilience with these beautiful songs! If you have a longer than 1-2 verse song to share, please bring a couple sheets with the lyrics so we can learn! Potluck snacks and recorders to record the songs are welcomed! The Lighthouse is located on Wood st in Wilkinsburg, near the Sleeping Octopus. The address will be posted the day of the event. Be well! Be blessed!
