We are thrilled to be performing with tenor soloist Nicholas Watts and Poet Laureate Simon Armitage for this concert of remembrance, as part of Ripon Concerts. We will be singing Byrd's Ave verum corpus, Paulus' The Road Home, and plainsong by Hilegard von Bingen. The concert will also include solo songs sung by Nicholas Watts, accompanied by David Cowan (Head of Music, Opera North), and poetry spoken by Simon Armitage.
