Announcing a Song Writers Showcase and WorkshopHosted at La Vie Tavern, De Pere WI
This event will provide an opportunity for song writers to both perform their original music and engage in musical collaboration and conversation. It will be divided into two parts, the first hour consisting of performances of original songs and the second hour devoted to interactions among musicians that can include discussions about the song writing process, about creative inspiration, and perhaps advice and guidance for those who are new to this sort of endeavor. Anyone interested in musical creation, whether you are accomplished or just starting out, or even just curious, are welcome to this event.
A hope is that this occasion might serve as a springboard for further collaborations as well as establishing a community of inspired musicians who wish to foster the creation of original music in our area.
