Join us for a day of deep rest and sacred remembrance — a gentle return to the heart. Through movement, sound, community, food and silence, we open to the living current of life within and around us. This day invites you to soften into presence, to listen inwardly, and to commune — with yourself, with one another, and with the life-force or Prana/Qi.This retreat also includes a free vegan lunch, where we can dine together and enjoy a sattvic, healthy, and nourishing meal.
**Kirtan Chanting**
Together we will tune into the uplifting power of Kirtan, letting the mantras open the heart and awaken the flow of life force. These sacred syllables guide us into the here and now, to be present with ourselves, with each other, and with life itself
**Embodiment and Movement Practices**
Together, these practices weave the inner aspects of Yoga and Qigong traditions, channeling and clarifying our energy, cultivating conscious embodiment to complement the heart-opening singing of Kirtan.
*Yoga with Tiffany*
A guided journey to unwind tension, open the pathways of prāṇa, and return the body to its natural rhythm of ease and spaciousness.
A slow, intuitive practice that honors the body as a temple of consciousness.
*Qigong with Rishi*
We will activate the lower dantian, cultivating the flow of yuan qi—the vital force—through the body. We’ll also work with the extraordinary meridians, the deep reservoirs of qi within the body, to restore harmony, ease, and vitality.
**Noble Silence**
Throughout the day, we will move in noble silence — creating a supportive field to sit in stillness, to be contemplative and quiet, while also activating and moving energy through shared practice and connection.
**Shared Space & Soul Wisdom**
There will also be opportunities for conscious sharing, meeting each other in a supportive and structured way while staying rooted in our own essence.

About us:
Rishi (Fraser) and Dana
Hearts calling is a unique blend of Kirtan and Medicine Music music mixed with spiritually inspired heart hop and poetry. Whether singing deep soulful melodies or danceable chants, Fraser/Rishi and Dana’s Kirtans are grounding and meditative, as well as energizing and uplifting.
Their inner journey started many years ago, but it really came to fruition after traveling to India in 2006 and discovering the power of Kirtan. Soon they met their spiritual teacher, Mooji Baba, from whom Fraser received the name Rishi.
In addition to regular Kirtans, they host retreats and have shared their art and hearts across Canada, as well as in Europe and India. Hearts calling is their call out to the world to connect and communicate with love and presence, to inspire, uplift and share the joy of chanting and soul expression.
