About this Event

Relax into a sacred sound sanctuary with Emily Bryson of SoundLight Self-Discovery. Rest in the unconditional Love, Grace, and safety of the cosmic Divine mother.

Modern science has proven that everything is energy, which is made up of vibration. Even what we see and feel as physical (including ourselves) is actually slowed down sound waves.

This means, working with sound affects us on a quantum, atomic, molecular, cellular, psychological, emotional, and therefore physical level.

Sound therapy supports the "tuning" of our bodies and biofields to a healthy state by clearing and harmonizing it.

Fear, shame, and other "lower vibrational" energy is met with the energy of Love and tuned, transmuted and elevated. The mind-body-spirit is remembering your True Divine nature.

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body experience that intentionally uses sound vibration for gentle, yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative processes for the mind and body.

You will lay down or be in a comfortable seated position. Emily will guide you through intentional breathing. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and her voice.

Vibrations and frequencies "wash" over you and through you. This creates a deeply relaxing experience as your brain waves slow down and nervous system regulates.

When our nervous system comes to a parasympathetic state, homeostasis and healing can occur.

When you sink into the sound bath, The brain moves to an alpha (Very relaxed, passive attention) and theta (meditative and dreamlike) state. this is an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to rest from external stimuli, and allows for clearer self-awareness. You then have access for deeper self-discovery and healing.

After a sound bath, you may feel:

-Emotionally, mentally and physically lighter

-Clearer

-More focused

-More at ease

-Freer from limited beliefs

-Living more in the present

-Grounded

-Open hearted

-Expansive

-Empowered

-Aware of your divine nature
