Spring is finally here and so it's time to kick off the growing season properly. Join us for an afternoon of seed sowing, bed prepping, fertiliser making, compost spreading and yes... maybe a little bit of weeding.
As part of the session we'll also be hosting a short tool maintenance demonstration and discussing how you can access our free city wide tool bank.
When we're finished we'll retire to the communal area for drinks, cake and some live music which this month comes courtesy of The Boat Rats.
This is an outdoor event but shelter will be available if the weather is bad and there is a toilet on site. Children and Friendly dogs are welcome to join us.
This is a working site so please dress appropriately.
Access to Sherbourne Valley Allotments via Four Pounds Avenue. Watch out for the black board.
