Something Comforting is a four piece band from Boone, NC bringing guitar-forward punk, emo, and 90s nostalgia. Refusing to be singularly defined, they deliver a wide array of sounds and themes that achieve something cathartic and comforting for all listeners of what they call Appalachian Sparkle Punk.
The band is working to self record and release a fresh batch of high energy tracks, embracing the D.I.Y. spirit and community they love being of.

Peach Candy Nut Boys
Hailing from the quirky and hidden corners of Boone, NC, Peach Candy Nut Boys are an indie rock band with a mischievous twist. Formed in 2022 by a group of old friends who shared a love for off-kilter melodies, fuzzed-out guitars, and unpredictable rhythms, their sound is a riotous mix of garage rock, lo-fi psychedelia, and a dash of southern charm. Peach Candy Nut Boys take inspiration from the likes of Ty Segall, The Black Lips, and Thee Oh Sees, all while creating a distinctly wild and unrefined sound that’s impossible to ignore. Their music is a mix of infectious hooks, jittery beats, and a sense of playful chaos. With lyrics that are both witty and absurd, the band’s songs explore everything from heartache and existential confusion to bizarre tales of mountain mischief. Their live shows are legendary in the Boone DIY scene—packed with spontaneous energy, raw performances, and a crowd that’s just as wild as the band itself.
