A networking event for those supporting those living with dementia, their families and carers in the Yeovil area
About this Event

Join others working across health, social care and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector (VCFSE) supporting people living with dementia, their families and carers.

For this session, we will be joined by Somerset Care, who will give an overview of their day care offer and other groups and activities. We will also be discussing community transport, as well as providing an overview of how the Somerset VCFSE Insights Hub can support Dementia care.

This will be followed by a complimentary networking lunch, and the opportunity for you to bring your own information stand to share your organisation's work with others.
