It's the brand new chapter of Some-Antics as we move to the Phonenix Cinema and Arts Centre!We'll be bringing the usual antics of open mic, a poetry slam, Ninja Bob playing tunes and featuring our Slam Champion 2023 Ellie Spirrett.
Bob will be playing tunes from 7pm and the poetry will start at 8pm.
Also there will be the world famous Some-Antics raffle.
10 open mic slots available, 3 mins per poet.
7ish slam slots available.
Slam Etiquette:
• Three minutes per poet
• Points deducted for going over time
• Two rounds of slam
• Original material only
• Audience judged
• Just for fun or rhyme to the death, either way bring a smile!
The slam winner takes home a custom Some-Antics notebook, £25 cash prize and a place in our Championship Slam 2024.
Tickets will be available online soon, or you can pay at the box office on the night.
