Our breath, that essential, animating life force - In this somatics workshop, we will focus on the breath on a deeper level to embrace moving through all the seasons of life. In this time of the new year will use the breath to release with love that which we are ready to shed and to call in new beginnings with ease and clarity.
This gentle, nourishing, breath centered, body sensing workshop will offer a quiet respite and is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
Investment: $35
Minors must be at least 16 years of age to attend workshops or events at Cityoga that are 2 hours or longer. Minors under the age of 16 must be with their accompanying adult (aged 18 or older) at all times while inside the studio and may not be unattended in the lobby during the workshop.
