Lately it feels like so many of us are carrying a lot. Stress, responsibilities, emotions we don’t always have space to process. And when we don’t release it, it sits in our bodies- showing up as tension, exhaustion, or that constant feeling of being “on edge.”
That’s why I created this somatic yoga workshop. A safe space to breathe, move, and let it all go. To complete the stress cycle, release what’s been weighing you down, and step back into clarity and ease.
