You can start the class as a beginner or to add to your current yoga practice or gym based workout.Sitting in a chair or using the same muscles everyday can cause stiffness, discomfort and sometimes pain the body. Our bodies are designed to move and we all know how amazing it feels when we stretch. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong and healthy and helps protect the body from chronic inflammation.
All our bodies are different and don't worry that you are too inflexible as this is a good reason for starting!
