Join clinically trained therapists, Megan & Mindy, for our new Somatic Workshop offerings in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sessions are offered weekly starting Wednesday, October 2nd from 7-8 pm at the Factory Arts District (formerly the Circle City Industrial Complex.)

During each session, participants will learn techniques to better feel and understand their emotions and their bodies. All techniques are researched-based and instructed by a clinically trained therapist.
Addional perks to joining these workshops include: connection to a network of practioners and direct referrals to therapists and social workers based on your needs, a low-cost therapy option, access to expertise in somatic therapy, mindfulness therapy, polyvagal therapy, Gestalt therapy, and EMDR therapy through your instructors, connection to others in your community, and access to resources and handouts!

Megan Shook, MS, MS.Ed is a mental health therapist with professional degrees in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling and Applied Health Sciences. With over a decade of experience in mental health and health education, Megan specialize in treating trauma using a blend of parts work, experiential techniques, somatic experiencing, and psychoeducation. Megan's approach is designed to help individuals rediscover self-love and heal from the deep-seated impacts of trauma. Clients who work with her often find relief from overwhelming feelings of guilt, shame, perfectionism, and anger - all of which are frequently rooted in internalized trauma. Megan's educational background, coupled with extensive hands-on experience, allows her to provide a therapeutic experience that is both deeply experiential and educational. Mindy Espinoza, LMHCA, NCC, is a mental health therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and specialized training in EMDR. With a deep-rooted passion for the mind-body connection, she integrates her expertise in meditation, yoga, and somatic practices to foster holistic healing. A former pastry chef turned therapist, she brings a unique blend of creativity and mindfulness to her workshops, inviting participants to explore and transform through embodied experiences.
