Somatic Vinyasa is a gentle, flowing yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, soften tension, and restore balance at the start of your week.
Each Monday evening from 6:00–7:15 p.m., we’ll move through easeful sequences that emphasize body awareness, breath, and presence. Unlike traditional vinyasa, this class moves at a slower, more mindful pace, inviting you to listen deeply to your body and explore movement as a path to calm and renewal.
