Somatic practice can create the space and safety required to identify meet and develope relationship and compassionate understanding with parts of ourselves that may have developed at times we thought we had to keep ourselves safe.Somatic practice encourages self regulation and in essence is grounding connective and integrative.You are invited to enter a subtle but deep Somatic Unwinding practice for Trauma release and Integration. This workshop will be one of inner Enquiry, connection and emergent Somatic movement.
