Somatic Therapy Intensive for Deep Connection & Inner Child Healing

This full-day immersive workshop combines somatic therapy, bioenergetics, internal family systems, breathwork, and guided relational exercises to help you embody confidence, ease, and authenticity in your connections. Expect movement, deep emotional inquiry, and powerful breakthroughs facilitated by a seasoned somatic therapist specializing in relationships and trauma release.

• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: A learning module designed to introduce the Core methodology—navigating the Map of the Personality, how to move blocked and stagnant energy in the system, bioenergetic grounding, and the five main characterologies as reflected in body types.
  This module is designed for you to learn more about yourself, how trauma shows up in your body, and the tools to release it.

• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break.

• 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Experiential Somatic Therapy Processing Workshop. This session will include energy movement, inner child healing, connection, consensual non-sexual touch, grounding, dancing, and much more!
  
  Through somatic relational practices, we will explore ways to:
