This Somatic Stretch class begins with a basic warm up using somatic concepts, focusing on the synovial secretion of the joints and bringing healthy blood flow to the muscles and soft tissue. We will then begin the stretching portion of the class where we elongate the muscles and fascia, deeply yet gently, through simple guided stretching and somatic movement. This class is open to all levels of experience.
