When was the last time you were present with your body? In the fast-paced world we live in, it can be easy to dissociate from the body, causing us to store unprocessed stress in the body. This can lead to symptoms like chronic tension, anxiety, chronic pain, decreased mobility, poor posture, digestive issues, and low mood. Somatic healing can bring us deeper into relationship with the body and untangle the layers of emotion and tension that get stuck there.

This workshop is a chance for you to come back home to your body and release tension through deep awareness, gentle movement, and healing self-bodywork. We’ll explore how you can work with your nervous system to regulate yourself through gentle practices and techniques that you can use in your everyday life.
