Somatic Sound ExperienceEvent Description
On February 1, Jesse and Keely will offer a cello meditation at a spiritual center in honor of Imbolc, the Celtic festival marking the return of light, renewal, and the first stirring of spring. The centerpiece of the performance is my original composition “Brigid,” inspired by the goddess and saint associated with healing, poetry, fire, and sacred wells. Through layered electric cello, gentle drones, and spacious melodies, this offering is intended as a moment of reflection, blessing, and intention-setting for the season ahead.
About the Musicians
Keely performs as Celloquacious, creating immersive, contemplative music rooted in ritual, land, and listening. My work blends electroacoustic cello, ambient textures, and improvisation to support meditation, ceremony, and spiritual gatherings. In sacred settings, my intention is to hold a grounded, reverent atmosphere—music that invites stillness, emotional openness, and a sense of connection to both inner and ancestral landscapes.
Refreshments will be served afterwards.
