✨ Somatic Sound Bath ✨ Led by Hannah Demuth | High Vibrations Co.
Join us for a 90-minute somatic sound bath designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of gentle stretching and intuitive movement to release tension, calm the mind, and prepare the body to receive.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive sound bath, where sound becomes the pathway to rest, regulation, and integration.
This experience is led by Hannah Demuth, certified trauma-informed somatic practitioner and founder of High Vibrations Co.
With extensive training in somatic practices and sound healing, Hannah curates each unique experience with intention.
Creating a safe, grounding space where your body can exhale and reset.
No prior experience required. All bodies welcome.
