The Somatic Sisterhood Nature Retreat is a space to take a pause from daily life, and immerse yourself in nature, sisterhood, and embodiment..
You’ll be lovingly held in a container designed to support your nervous system to unwind as you form lasting connections with the plants and sisters present. The day will include a heart opening cacao ceremony, yoga practice, embodied herbalism teachings, grounding cedar meditation, and sisterhood sharing circle.
