This is a Somatic Healing Retreat run by a Somatic Bodywork Therapist.
At this Retreat you will be guided through various sessions to assist in helping you release any blockages to self love.

This retreat is designed to help you let go of your past, release trauma and stress and learn to love yourself.
The Retreat is held at a beautiful wooden eco building. Away from it all in the coastal landscape of the Gower, in Wales. A perfect location to recharge, and reset. An all inclusive escape, away from it all.
Our Retreat Chef is well experienced in creating delicious healthy, vegan meals to cleanse and recharge your body for better health.
