A energising, restorative movement practice that helps you reconnect with your body’s felt sense. Guided by soulful rhythmic music and simple somatic invitations, you’ll soothe your nervous system, release tension, and gently awaken vitality and joy. There are no steps to learn, space to listen to your body, follow its natural rhythms, and move in a way that feels supportive and nourishing.

I’m a somatic facilitator and therapist-in-training who is deeply passionate about the healing power of movement. Somatic Rhythms is close to my heart because it’s not just a practice I share, it’s one that makes me feel more alive, grounded, and at ease. I’d love to welcome you into a gentle, supportive space where your body can find restoration, expression, and connection.
