This beautiful experience blends the ancient practices of breathwork and movement creating a holistic pathway to deep emotional healing.
Throughout this guided journey you'll use breath and intentional movement to release what you may have suppressed which has subsequently been stored in the body. You'll unlock patterns of stress and tension, promoting a deep sense of calm in the body, emotional balance and deep relaxation.
This event provides a safe, supportive space for personal transformation and renewal. No prior experience is required..
