Join Ruth Milsten, LCSW-C, RYT, of Reclaim Wellness Therapy, for this revitalizing community class. If your goal is to feel better in 2025, this class focuses on releasing stress and tension from your nervous system to restore a sense of calm and wellness to your body, mind and spirit.
Through somatic movement, yoga, and sound healing, we will focus on healthy ways to increase nervous system regulation and cleanse your aura.
It's time to keep your energy clean—let's experience movement, yoga, music and sound healing together!
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket to class. No movement or yoga experience needed.
